1) Recruitment Consultant

    Responsibilities:

  • To interview, evaluate candidates as per the specification of clients requirements.
  • Reporting directly to the Branch Manager on daily recruitment activities.
  • Relationship management with all clients and generating new leads for business.
  • Building candidate database through networking, referencing, free websites, existing candidates.
  • Ensuring development of Key Accounts and sustained business growth with customers
  • To develop a professional working relationship with client by maintaining the proper professional attitude and friendly disposition
  • To counsel clients on what is appropriate for the positions, the skills, experience and salary
  • To participate in recruitment drive such as career fairs and related marketing activities.
  • Working closely with other recruitment consultants in fulfilling their job orders
  • Handling recruitment for various junior to senior levels and conducting interviews, min 30 interviews per week and sourcing for the right candidate to meet the clients requirement
  • Writing summary of candidates background to be send to clients via email or fax, and also to assist clients to schedule interview time and dates with short-listed candidates
  • Following up with candidates on the interview progress or updated status.
  • Handling research on the background of new clients and updating information on existing clients
  • Following up on payments and Accounts Receivable and also responsible for checking on all invoices to and from clients
  • Meeting the sales target set and succeeded in achieving monthly quota
  • To participate in recruitment drive such as career fairs and related marketing activities

 

 

2) Team Leader (Recruitment)

*MYR 3500 - 5500 + Allowances + Commission

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business plan that is in line with the company’s direction in order to achieve company objectives
  • Responsible in leading and execute full cycle of recruitment process.
  • Evaluate and identify employers' recruitment needs through both calls and face to face meeting.
  • Interview and meet candidates to find the perfect fit to suit the customer needs.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual Sales targets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with new customers focusing on long-term development.

 

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field
  • At least 4 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • TARGET & SALES ORIENTED is a MUST for this position!!
  • Able to work well under high pressure and fast pace environment
  • Outgoing personality with excellent communication and people management skills
  • Must be a team player and able to work independently as well
  • Applicants should hold relevant residence status
  • Able to start work on a short notice period
  • Able to lead a TEAM of 8 recruitment consultants!!
  • Able have good command of SPOKEN & WRITTEN ENGLISH

 

 

3) Internship for Human Resource Management Students

Responsibilities:

  • General Human Resource functions ( including payroll , contract briefing , & recruitment – phone screening , face to face interview )
  • Provide support to others Team in Project Management role on recruitment activities and managing/administering paperwork/administrative task.
  • Assist in event co-ordination
  • Escalates issues that may impact the delivery of Recruitment activities to Recruiter / Undertaking HR transactions regarding a range of HR processes, including support to both the internal and external employees, ie, processing claims, payment related requests, annual leave enquiries etc
  • Maintaining and developing relationships with existing clients in person and via telephone calls and emails
  • Aggressively cold calls to arrange meetings with potential clients to prospect for new business.
  • Gathering market and client information.
  • Gaining a clear understanding of clients' businesses and requirements

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management, Economics, Marketing, Commerce or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): Chinese, English
  • 2 Internship position(s) for duration of 3-6 month(s).
